The restaurant was not clean and we had to request for the table to be cleaned, which seems to be a common occurrence at this Chili's location. Despite arriving last minute, we still had to seek assistance as if we were at Walmart. On a positive note, the drinks and food were enjoyable. Overall, we rated the food a 4 out of 5.
I have been going to this Chili's location for some time now and have never had any problems. However, during my recent visit, I discovered rat droppings in the chips and salsa. I immediately brought this to the attention of the manager...
The overall experience at the restaurant was well-organized and efficient. Our server was unable to attend to us promptly, but Zach stepped in and provided excellent service, being helpful and attentive throughout our meal.
The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow and the waitress was not very attentive. We had to ask another waitress for our bill and for to-go boxes because we were ready to leave.
