I've been to this chilis location for a while and never had an issue. I went today and found rat poop in the chips and salsa, so I complained to the manager and she claimed it was fryer debris. She was still going to charge me for it until I made a scene because I was not going to pay for it. She was lucky I paid for any of the food at all.
Cheese on the fries was pretty much burned. The ribs were absolutely dry,(didn't order the dry rub either). The chicken was dry and pretty much burned. Chilli's has definitely changed over the years. Won't be going back to this or probably any of location for the foreseeable future.
I had to ask for clean silverware last 2 visits. I order original chicken strip instead l got the hard extra crisp. I'm in process of getting implants couldn't eat them. Waitress brought my drink early, ask to bring wit food. Not a good visit ?Parking: Parking was good
When you walk in the door, you can pick up a mucus odor, we sat on the 2d window from the door on the south side and there were huge holes on the wall where the water from the window eroded the wood in the wall. This building needs urgent structural repair. Food: 4/5 Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
i am a very picky client but gotta recognize this time the service was excellent the waiter was amazing. from the hostes to the other staff helping out our waiter they were wow.. also the food was excellent. loved they way they arranged the tables
I have been going to this Chili's location for some time now and have never had any problems. However, during my recent visit, I discovered rat droppings in the chips and salsa. I immediately brought this to the attention of the manager...
Great food, they could be a little quicker, getting service and attention to people, I got help from a guy at the bar, he is a regular, and helped me, Thank you Canelo, thats what his friends called him
The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow and the waitress was not very attentive. We had to ask another waitress for our bill and for to-go boxes because we were ready to leave. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is our second time getting takeout from Chilis. It's a bit strange since we've never dined in the restaurant, but once COVID is over, we plan to dine there in person.

"The food at this McDonald's seemed old and stale, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The pickles were rubbery. I would not recommend this restaurant. It definitely needs some improvements."
