Wow, with a capital W! The food was terrible! Out of all the nights to eat here, I chose New Year's Eve. We should have left as soon as we noticed the empty parking lot, it should have been a red flag! The service was awful, Krista was terrible! The food was old and unappetizing. After speaking to a manager, they didn't seem to make an effort to make it right, not even after two attempts! The manager's apology to us was insincere, claiming it was a busy night with many open tables. Another apology from the manager was that he was in the kitchen cooking, explaining they were short-staffed but shouldn't be making excuses.
The food is decent for the price, and the atmosphere is pleasant for sitting and relaxing. I especially enjoyed the drinks, and the staff is always lovely. I also appreciate the variety of new and exciting items on the menu to try. Overall, I always enjoy paying the bill at this restaurant.
I think it was much better in all the asspects. quite expensive for a family. Eating is okay, never bad, but nothing to flee. looks like they're more interested in the job and want to throw them out. but maybe I am, who knows, probably better places to take the family for lunch or dinner.
This restaurant is excellent. It's a great spot for dining any night of the week, but be prepared for a wait on weekends. The service is consistently friendly and the food is always delicious.
