Chili's Grill - Tisch reservieren

Over the course of the last 6 months I’ve received the worst food service I have ever dealt with in eldersburg. The wait staff is slow and unorganized and nonprofessional. Spending more time on their phones in the sight of everyone than doing their job. Not even why I’m giving this review. The reason for this one is because of the last 3 times I’ve gotten carry out it is slow and people on their phones while I wait and stare at them for easily 10 minutes each time just getting ignored. Also, DO NOT ORDER THRU DOORDASH. They keep their food in the bar area on a shelf in a corner out of the line of sight from the staff except for a bartender too busy to pay attention or care about the food and...

Although Chili's is a chain restaurant, you can tell when management is good, as it is reflected through the staff. Our server was friendly and helpful when we asked about places in the area. My chicken was cooked perfectly! Not over done like leather. Kudos to the cook!
