The DJ was fantastic, and the service staff were exceptional. If it weren't for them, I would have rated this restaurant only 1 or 2 stars. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. I can't help but wonder if this is how all Chili's locations are. I didn't ask for my dish to be remade because I didn't have confidence it would improve. I want to stress that everyone was extremely friendly, and I truly appreciate their hard work. I left a 30% tip, but the food quality wasn't solely the cooks' fault; it didn't seem fresh at all. This restaurant has a significant issue with hiring employees who look very young and seem confused and unsure of what to do. I'm writing this review while waiting for my food, which hasn't gone smoothly due to their lack of understanding of the online ordering and curbside pickup process. This disappointing experience has compelled me to share my thoughts, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've faced problems at this location. It's a prime example of how important location can be, as it often draws in unsuspecting travelers who mistakenly believe it's a well-run Chili's. Although the staff were polite, they appeared inexperienced and quite young.
We have been to this Chili's many times over the years. The latest trip finally made me write something about the abysmal service there. Our orders were taken incorrectly, sent back, and then brought out again incorrectly. Our waiter could not trouble himself to talk to us unless we summoned him over to the table. All of this was occurring in a restaurant empty of customers, but with many idle wait staff. The food was decent, though not outstanding +1 for that. This place is very convenient, but I think we will take the trouble to find a better place to eat next time this just isn't worth the aggravation.
This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. The food was inedible and appeared to be microwaved, as some parts were warm while others were cold. The taste was awful and it felt very low-quality. We were also charged twice for our meal! I can't believe a place like this is still in business. I'm not usually a picky eater and I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was shockingly terrible. To make matters worse, I got extremely sick when I got home. I won't be returning.

Chili is a great choice if you're looking for good food at reasonable prices. The appetizers really shine on the menu, with popular options like Skillet Queso and Southwest Egg Rolls. As for main dishes, both the salads and burgers are excellent. I enjoy the Fajitas; however, the Buffalo Chicken no longer feels the same since they removed it from the menu. For dessert, definitely go for the Molten Lava Cake—it’s a must!
Chili's is an old faithful when you want decent food at a decent price. Appetizers drive the menu with favorites like skillet queso and southwest egg rolls. As far as meals go their salads and burgers are really good. I like the fajitas, but sinceBuffalo chicken came off the menu it hasn't been the same. For dessert molten lava cake is the way to go!!
The prepackaged sandwiches appear outdated, and the price for a cheeseburger is excessively high. It costs $8.99 without any fries, whereas you can get a cheeseburger combo at Wendy's, which includes fries and a drink, for less than $8.99. However, it's a decent spot for snacks and bottled drinks, and the staff member at the counter was very friendly.
I come to this chilis every two weeks and it never fails to disappoint me. The drinks are well made, they have great south west pot stickers, and the serve is always really nice. They also always have the major hockey games going on right around the playoffs. I’m definitely going to keep heading to this great location!
