I always like to give restaurants a fair chance, but my experience here was absolutely terrible! My food arrived burnt, as if it had been left sitting under the warmer for far too long. To top it off, my drink, which was supposed to accompany my meal, didn't come until I was nearly finished eating. By that point, I had lost my appetite for the food. Unfortunately, the waiter and the assistant manager, Ed, were rather disappointing during our visit. The waiter refused my granddaughter's request to acknowledge her birthday, even though the table behind us was celebrating a birthday for one of her schoolmates. When they were seated, the restaurant staff sang "Happy Birthday" to him. We couldn't help but wonder if this was due to our ethnic background. The manager claimed they had allowed the singing before we arrived, but we had seen the staff sing to another guest just prior to our seating. I'm sharing my experience because the manager didn’t answer my call. Unfortunately, this was the worst service I have ever encountered. It’s simply unacceptable for a paying customer to walk in and wait over 12 minutes without any acknowledgment. I ended up leaving without being greeted or attended to at all. This was quite disappointing, and I won’t be returning. On a brighter note, at Buffalo Wild Wings, I enjoyed some delicious street tacos and received excellent customer service. I was fed up with being treated poorly by unfriendly staff.

I still love the skillet queso after all these years. I also tried the Santa Fe chicken salad, which I found to be delicious. One small thing that I particularly enjoyed was their iced tea! As a big tea drinker, the quality of a restaurant's iced tea can make a big difference for me. The downside of my visit to Chili's was that it took a few minutes for anyone to welcome me and seat me, and they only had yellow packets for sweetener, not sweet n low.
My server was the bomb!!! Very chill guy even made a offer on mixing the potatoe soup with the chicken enchilada soup and it was so very good!!! The food was decently priced and everything was pretty good must say I'm pretty impressed 2 can eat including a drink for 20.00 plus tip and tax I couldn't complain!!! And my dad was happy and didn't cost me a arm and a leg win win!!!
Visit was pleasant. The service from staff was good. Kitchen was a little slow, but they are short staffed so it was well understood. But the most important part is that the food did not disappoint. So if chosing to go to this location just be patient with them they are trying and working hard. It is worth the wait.

The restaurant was mostly empty, yet we had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. They didn't even let us sit down and get comfortable while we waited. Our group of eight was squeezed into a small table, so we had to rearrange our seats to accommodate everyone. We ended up leaving just as the restaurant was closing.
