It's hit or miss. Good things about chili's, free chips and salsa, the burgers, usually the service, cleanliness is decent now that they have doors on the kitchen you don't see the chip mess all the time, upgrade to the booths or retrograde I should say, way better than the high tops. Might I suggest a better training curriculum for the servers? I've been a trainer at many places, including here, and it falls short and I think that's where the disconnect comes from. I have seen a lot of complaints about service and the attitude of the servers. I took my wife for lunch here and it was meh. Probably not going back. First off there was about 6 tables occupied in the whole restaurant. Our server Tony was super nice. He came took our order and got it entered. Food took about 25 minutes to get out. Mywife ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta and the Shrimp Fajita. My order was complete wrong, I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta and Ireceived the Chicken Fajita. We ordered the Pick Three Appetizers which included Onion Petals, Cheese Curds, and Mango Habanero Chicken Strips. The chicken was crispy and the sweet and spicy flavors worked well together. The Ancho Chili Grilled Salmon had a nice crispy bottom and a delicious southeast style topping, but it was slightly overcooked. The Dry Rubbed Ribs and Cheddar Jalapeno Sausage platter was excellent. The ribs were tender with a tasty char on the underside, and the spices were fragrant. The food at this restaurant was excellent and served very quickly with efficient service. However, the owners seemed disorganized, uncommunicative, and confusing. Despite there being many open tables, we had to wait for an additional half hour for a table for two. When one man asked to wait in the bar area, he was told no, although others were allowed to sit there. Our server, along with a trainee, provided excellent service with attention to detail. Despite the chaotic start at the front door, the staff and chefs ultimately made the experience worth it. It felt like watching a scene from the Keystone Cops.

I visited this restaurant on Friday, and I've never witnessed such mistreatment of employees before. The waitress was on her own and was being yelled at by other staff members to improve their performance. She was barked at to fulfill orders while managing a busy situation. It was uncomfortable for everyone in the establishment, and we felt really sorry for her. They need to treat their hardworking employees with more respect. I won’t be returning.
Our waiter Will was exceptional and provided excellent service! The food was delicious overall. However, the Big burger was a bit of a letdown and difficult to finish towards the end. The drinks were refreshing and served promptly. We had to wait a bit initially (30 minutes) despite seeing 10 empty tables when we arrived and when we were seated. It was unclear why they didn't start serving drinks and appetizers until they were reminded.
Peter's service started off strong tonight, quick greeting, got us our drinks and appetizer right away. When he dropped the meals off he never acknowledged my nearly empty beverage or asked if we needed anything else. Never received a refill, never checked in on us after food was delivered, had to go track down my own to-go boxes. Food was tasty otherwise this would be 2-stars.

I love this place, I went there for an awesome date with my girlfriend and I had severe food poisoning that night, I walked out of there very dazed and confused. It ruined the whole mood, no poon that night. But I can't recommend enough the table side guacamole and the intimate silence between you and your server.
