One of the reasons why I give this place a 4 out of 5 stars is because every time I have been there (about 4 times), I always had a problem finding a table. It was either reserved or the restaurant was closed, so I had to wait to be seated. However, when we finally found a table that was not reserved or closed, we had to wait for someone to take our order for about 5 minutes. I had to ask for service before someone finally came to take our order. Despite the slow service, I still enjoyed the food and would go back again. I tried the 3 meat combination with roasted corn and ribs, and for their ribs I chose the sweet and spicy kochfeldanero sauce. I also had sausages on the side with fries and...
We visited Chili's for dinner on a hot day when it was 34 degrees outside, but the air conditioning was blasting inside. We asked if they could turn off the AC, but were told that the temperature is controlled by corporate and they couldn’t change it. After ordering from the menu, we ended up having to get a to-go box because our hands and feet went numb from the cold. When a restaurant can’t make customers comfortable, they don’t deserve your business. If you don’t want to freeze, I recommend going somewhere else!
Chili's is your standard Americanized Tex-mex restaurant that often serves good food and great drinks (depending on your bartender sometimes location). Visiting the Oxford restaurant, I found it to be equally as enjoyable as the one I frequent back home. Whether it's their savory tacos with sweet corn (as pictured) or just a burger margarita, I like the consistency I receive including good service.
Before we could even order our drinks, a group of six arrived and was seated just five minutes after us. They were promptly greeted by the server, who then cleared a table nearby without acknowledging us at all. Feeling ignored, we chose to leave.

Nice, friendly atmosphere. However, I came for the food, and the shrimp fajita was the worst I've ever had. The shrimp was undercooked, and the vegetables seemed microwaved rather than grilled—they were soggy.
This is the best Chili's restaurant I've ever visited! The food is served quickly and the service is consistently good. We are regular customers here and have never had a negative experience.
Best choice. I really like our chilis. It's usually a wait but worth it. I wish they would make it bigger. Food and service is great. I've never had a problem.
Chili's. When it comes to these types of restaurants they are really all the same to me but I had no complaints.
