I would give it zero stars if I could. My boyfriend and I walked in two hours before closing and noticed that half of the dining room was empty, so we had high hopes for a nice dinner. However, we had to wait ten minutes before anyone acknowledged us for seating. As we waited, we caught a whiff of something unpleasant, reminiscent of dirty dish towels and old fryer grease near the entrance. The bathrooms were appalling: one toilet was clogged, and the paint was peeling off the ceiling in the women's restroom. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in years.
When we finally ordered our food, the appetizer was acceptable, and the blackberry tea was excellent. But when our main courses...
The service was awful. The food was served cold, and the appetizer arrived at the same time as the main course. We had to repeatedly ask for our children's drinks, and by the time they were served, we were already ready to leave. We requested three separate checks and explained who was responsible for each one, but the receipts were incorrect. We waited for over 30 minutes and had to speak to the manager twice, yet our issues still weren't resolved. The manager kept insisting that my daughter didn't want to pay, even though she had already paid for her meal and her sister's receipts were emailed to us. They wouldn't even offer a discount.
We enjoyed a nice meal, though it wasn't anything extraordinary. We opted to sit at the bar because it looked like the front manager was trying to keep part of the restaurant closed, which would have made us wait for a table. The staff was friendly and courteous, but it was clear they were short on help, and we had to wait a few times for our server to come over. The food was good, a bit pricey, but not excessively so.
I recommend avoiding this restaurant! I ordered the Triple Dipper, and the food was really disappointing. The burger patties were tough and overly crispy—I had to break them in half just to show customer support. The Southwest egg rolls were old and had a slimy texture. Now my stomach is hurting. (The photos don’t capture how bad it really was because of the lighting.)

I really liked the Mac and Cheese kids meal; it was excellent! However, the chicken crisper combo was a letdown—it was stale and overcooked. I also spent an extra $3 on the Texas cheese fries, but they weren't worth it at all; the cheese tasted artificial, and the fries were all clumped together like a solid mass. On a positive note, the plain fries were quite good!
