My husband and I have given this location a try a few times and every time it is the same, just okay. We go before dinner so it’s not busy, but then that leaves the bartender being the only waiter there. So they’re juggling a lot, and it is hard to watch. EVERY time we order chips and a dip, the chips come out visibly covered thick with salt. Ruins the dip completely, even after brushing as much salt off as we can, it’s just too much salt. Other than the chips, the food isn’t bad. But overall the experience is just okay. My husband and I love coming to chili’s for cheap local mini dates, but we will have to find somewhere else. We hadn't visited Chili's in a long time, and our experience this afternoon was fantastic. The food was served piping hot and cooked to perfection, and the service was the best we've had in ages. We will definitely return. Our server's name was either Chelsea or Shelby. Overall, we give the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
We enjoy dining at Chili's due to their delicious food and affordable prices. We often choose one of the combo meals, which are quite enjoyable. My family particularly adores the chips and salsa, and the soups are tasty as well. For a special treat, we highly recommend the chocolate chip skillet cookie; my grandson is a big fan of it!

Have ordered here twice for online and once in store. Food quality is consistently not good. Online gets smaller portions than at location (tested the theory by online inside online to see if things would change). Food either either not cooked properly or just not good.
