Went here on a Saturday night on a whim. First of all, this place is starting to look run down. You just don't notice it as easy because the lights are so dim, but I noticed the light fixture at our table was cracked, the seats were worn, and the floor looked like it was dirty, but I think it was just the paint job. I didn't expect much from the food, because it's a chain, just mostly that they fry some premade frozen items and call it a day. First had the Triple Dipper appetizer. The burgers were dry, flavorless, the Chicken Crispers were soggy, but weirdly the sauce had little flavor. The fried pickles were actually OK. Everything looked like it was just thrown on the tray. I ordered two Alfredo pasta dishes to go, but when I got home and was about to eat, I found that there was hardly any Alfredo sauce on them—they were very dry, as you can see in the picture. I called the restaurant to express my concern about the sauce, and the gentleman on the phone asked, "What would you like us to do?" I replied, "What can you do?" He then offered me the option to come back and get some sauce on the side or place a new order to make it right. I work in retail, so I understand how to handle a dissatisfied customer, but his tone felt rather rude. I wasn't asking for anything free; I just wanted the order I paid for. I'm a bit disappointed.
I have to say, Chili's Grill has been declining for a while now. I usually order takeout, but when I have dined in, there's often no hostess at the entrance, leaving you standing for quite some time before being seated. Once seated, the waiter or waitress might check on us once and then disappear, not returning until it's time to bring the check. I've ordered takeout a few more times, but the staff tend to stand around chatting instead of assisting customers waiting at the counter. I even saw a woman leave because of the long wait and lack of help. To make matters worse, the food is sometimes served cold, and they can be incredibly stingy with the fries.
I always enjoy visiting this restaurant. Our server and bartender were both wonderful. The management is very involved, making sure everything runs smoothly, especially when the restaurant gets busy. The drinks are nice and cold, and the food is served promptly. On top of that, the recent renovations look fantastic!

We consistently have a fantastic experience whenever we visit this restaurant! Tony, the manager or owner, is wonderful! He truly cares about his customers, and this is evident in how he engages with everyone. If there's ever a problem with your food, he goes above and beyond to make things right!
Tony is fantastic! He has been managing local restaurants in Rockland for decades. Our server, Cam, is amazing; he makes sure that everyone gets exactly what they want and that all the guests are happy. The lively atmosphere is just part of the experience!
This Chili's location is fantastic; the food is always delicious, and the staff are friendly. Barbara is an exceptional waitress! However, I've observed that the bathrooms haven't been thoroughly cleaned during my recent visits.
