the monte crew is back in chilis! during our visit today it took approx. 4 minutes to take place and there were no one at the front end of the restaurant to welcome us. the server has set us. the restaurant was decently clean. after ordering the drinks were super fast. blue lagoon drinks for the children and they loved it. the drinks literally took 3 minutes to arrive. appetizer lasted 4 minutes we had our food ready within 15 minutes of ordering! I didn't even finish my salad. my drink was a blue agave margarita, a little sweet but tasty. after eating, although the sweet was too much for me, I asked them to be removed. blah! there were no silverware and we asked for him a few times. also no...
I did a curbside order. I was there earlier than it said it would be ready but my order did come out fast. My drive home was only about 5 mins. Unfortunately, once I was able to eat my food I was extremely disappointed. The chicken was either undercooked or really old and slimy and just tasted awful. The seafood pasta smelled and tasted like old rotting seafood. I love my seafood so it 's not like I don 't know it smells a little fishy but this was not just a fishy smell it smelled foul. It tasted foul as well. I 'm extremely disappointed since my order was so expensive. I was only able to eat the black beans and the soup without gagging. Even the fries were old and soggy. Cassie was phenomenal! She gave the best recommendations for food options and had a great attitude. She brought the food out piping hot and made sure eveything was how I ordered it. The honey chipotle chicken tenders are #1 so make sure to give them a try. Thank you for the outstanding service!
So I ordered a New Salad and when they brought it out it was disgusting nothing was fresh I did tell the girl that brought it out and she never came back ,I had to get out my seat and find someone, then they WOULD NOT make it right .
