So, I'm generally a Chili's fan, like their food, ordered 2 meals, was to get a free dessert via my app on phone.Meal was $37, no desert was discounted, I used a $50 gift card and my meal was brought out to car, waiter said thank you as if to say no balance of gift card due , asked her hey what about the balance of card, looked surprised I asked. Now I generally am a good tipper but wasn't about to tip $13 on my $37 dollar meal, when I asked where my card was she went back inside, waited 12 min and had to go in, still waited more time. I believe they charged entire $50 gift card assuming they would keep the balance. I hate dishonesty and I believe they including the manager knew they assumed...
I wish I could give this place negative stars. We've been coming here for many years, but that's over. I made a pickup job last week. the service to the car was fast and professional, so no problems there. I do not think that it requires too much to make sure that everything that the customer is ordered is in the togo bag. in the case of my order it was an epic failure. when I was home, I called the restaurant and spoke with kim, I am not sure if she is manager or not, not relevant. but I was promised that I would receive a gift card as compensation for her chaos by e-mail. here it is a week later and I called again. shall I keep the breath? The server was good, but had to be asked several times the place was not crowded. Its a Sports Pub how much atmosphere do you get in a Pub. The place was clean and so were the rest rooms. I have not been able to try the food Yat. I doordash. And the staff has always been very helpful. And welcoming. And my mouth is watering ? the whole time I'm delivering an order.
The burgers are huge, juicy and tasty. You won't leave hungry. The tortilla chips are very light and crispy and worth trying.
