My husband and I came in for a late lunch and it took over an hour for us to be served. My husband had to get up and go find our server to get a refill on our drinks and chips and salsa, took almost 50 minutes for my husband to get his drink. I understand that it gets busy at times but there were other people around us who were sat, fed then paid and left before we got a refill on our chips and salsa, when our food did eventually arrive my husband's looked like it sat under a light for 40 minutes (our server agreed) and mine hadn't even come out. He brought my food out and half of it was incorrect, they did remake my husband's meal but I felt like I was pulling teeth trying to get a side of...
Food was tasty and my rating reflects that; however, the steak that was ordered medium-well was received medium-rare and the burger that was clearly ordered without the fixings was received with all the fixings. This was a carryout order so no chance to comment on how the management might have corrected this if we were seated in the restaurant. I will say the person who checked the order had everything highlighted as if it was correct, but it wasn 't. This is the third carryout order where the expediter checked the order 100 percent and it was still wrong.
Went to dine in during lunch time around noon. There was only one server with a trainee following behind and it was fairly busy for just them to handle. I believe the servers name was Katie. They did a great job and kept a wonderful attitude even with people complaining. They stated that there was only one cook in the back. I did have to wait about 45 mins for my food. It’s the holidays and it’s busy and every place is shorted staffed so of course there’s going to be a wait. Be patient with your servers!
I wouldn’t usually make a bad review but service was not great. The guy waiting on us took forever, Never checked on us and talked SUPER quiet. He was super annoyed with us for no reason. The bathroom floors were kind of gross (I forgot to take pictures. and there were three nats flying around us while we were eating. They also changed the menu which was pretty confusing and the table was super uneven, We had to stick stuff under the table. Other than that food was good.
