Given that this Chili's is situated among several hotels, they should certainly be mindful that guests will need utensils to eat with. Overall, I was disappointed.

Delicious food! We ordered the "three for me" menu and the fajitas chicken sandwich was outstanding! Our server was friendly but tended to be absent at times. Despite that, we had a nice lunch! The restaurant is very child-friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere for kids, and the staff is great with them. Parking is also convenient, with plenty of spaces available just steps from the entrance.
What kind of spinach queso is this? I ordered a regular serving of spinach queso, but what I got was a bowl of spinach with a handful of cold shredded cheese on top. Did I mistakenly order a salad to go with my chips?
Kim was an outstanding server—friendly, attentive, and always smiling. She made us feel truly welcome in the restaurant. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely return.
