This was a terrible dining experience not because of the staff or food though, thankfully. As soon as we were seated we were given instructions to scan a QR code to access the menu. This made looking at our choices so difficult that I was forced to ask the host if they had actual menus. Thankfully they found some, but my mother-in-law commented that if it had just been her her husband they would not have known what to do and would have left rather than feeling embarrassed by asking for help.Next the waitress came to take our orders. Been a long time chilis customer since the day i came out the womb. Was on a road trip with family and we were driving for over 12 hours and decided to stop and eat there because we were like, cant go wrong with chilis. Well... you can. Wait time was 30 minuteswith no customers in lobby, then once we got seated we had to wait over 90 minutes (hour and a half) for our food. Which was literally 3 different forms of chicken tenders and a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. The male manager tried to blame the wait staff, it was not their fault. Very unepic. I expected this service from bob evans not chilis.
Worst dining experience I've had in my 48 years of life. We got there at 6:00p. They told us it would be 35 mins. to seat our party of 8. An hour later they came back and said it'd take even longer or we could sit at booths back to back. If they would have told us that to start with we would have went somewhere else. Upon sitting and placing our order it took an hour to get our food. The whole reason for our outing was to spend family time together. Chili's ruined that for us.. Please do not waste your time or money on this horrible establishment.
A hour after we were seated we still did not have our food, a manager came by and said a mistake happens and our order was not submitted so they did it then , me and my two daughters waited another 30 min and our food finally came . However they did not submit my moms order so she ended up waiting 2 hours to get her food . And my daughter ordered the cheese quesadillas and they were so over cooked it was awful , probably will never go back .

After reading some of the reviews my husband and I were scared but hungry and tired. We ordered pick up, which was ready in 30 min as promised. The fried mozzarella was hot, gooey and just what I wanted on a cold night. We both ordered the Salmon salad to balance things out. Maybe the Salmon was meant to be cold, we both warmed it up in hotel microwave, it was still tasty and salad was fresh. Overall satisfied for what we spent.
Missing food almost every time!!!!!!! Order 5 times and maybe get everything ordered 2 of those times. Ordered today a lunch meal, salad didn’t come. They sent the dressing but not the salad. I paid extra for avocado, no avocado. People don’t work to give away money. Check your orders before you send them out!!!! No compensation from DoorDash for missing items. Wasted money.
On a busy Friday night, our server was very attentive. Food was delicious. Drinks stayed full. Host staff was super friendly. Not sure why they have so many bad reviews. This was a wonderful experience!
Their fresh guacamole was brown. The margarita grilled chicken entree came out cold. Literally everything I ate was room temperature. Disgusting. Will be contacting Health Department.
