What a POOR experience. The place looked worn and was dirty. Food substances on the wall in our seating area. The chair I sat in was dirty. The menus provided were sticky and the floors were very worn and looked like it needed overdue attention. Service was poor at best. Since when do you need to ask for a fork and knife to eat? Or ask another waiter for a beveragerefill? Real nice to eat you appetizers with your fingers as NO waiters in sight. Our waiter seemed like it was unfortunate hehad to be at work. The backwards BB cap he wore really made a nice impression. The food was below the poor ratings at best. The was a huge disappointment and my bowels responded accordingly later. NEVER agai...
My wife and I have been coming to this restaurant for years, and I want to take a moment to highlight two individuals who truly make this location stand out: Alexis F. and the manager, Edgar. We always look forward to seeing our favorite server, Alexis F., on the weekends. Her attentiveness and cheerful personality bring happiness to everyone around her. Since Edgar took on the role of manager here, I've noticed how he goes the extra mile to make every customer feel welcome, like they've known him for years. The staff's productivity really shines when he's around. We love this restaurant because of these two, and I wanted to share our wonderful experience.
We just left Chili's Grill. The food was tasty, but our waitress was outright rude. She actually reached across me while I was eating and nearly dipped her sleeve into my food. Then she argued with my boyfriend about his burger order, both before and after he received it. On top of that, we never received any silverware or napkins and had to flag someone down after our food arrived. The chips, which used to be free with their points system, now cost $6. The entire menu is new and quite strange. They also removed the two-for-25 deal. We've been coming here for years, but we won't be back. Chili's Grill really needs to improve staff training.
The person in charge of the grill today really knocked it out of the park. Normally, I'd rate the burgers a solid 4 out of 5, but today they were definitely a perfect 5. The broccoli was even better! It tasted pretty authentic, and there weren’t many chemicals, hormones, trans fats, or excessive salt like you often find at other chain restaurants. I didn't even realize this was a chain until I looked it up!

You know, even just planning a trip to Chili's is enjoyable, knowing what to expect when you get there. I usually already know what I want and what I'll have to drink... Same with the rest of our party! It's always reliable to be of high quality! We usually enjoy sitting in the bar area, so we don't miss any of the games on their multiple screens. The service is always accommodating and friendly.
The food was hot and fresh, server friendly but, inattentive. The guy who seated me looked dirty like he rolled out of bed and came in. But, he wasn't cooking my food so that's his issue. I had a burger and fries it was cooked exactly how I ordered. I would go back. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Chips and Salsa, Fries
The food and service were quite good. Generally, chain restaurants tend to perform better in smaller towns since they rely heavily on the local community for support, and this place was no exception. I definitely recommend stopping here if you're traveling from Pennsylvania to New York.
Not bad, service was good. The staff was very kind and accommodating for my family and 1 year old. I felt like the food used to be better at Chili's years ago. I feel 3/5 overall is fair. If you're looking for a somewhat better Applebee's, this is the place.

My children enjoyed this visit very much. Though we have had issues at other locations, this location has been good. I tried the honey chipotle crisper. If you want sweet and a little spicy at the same time, you'll enjoy this. Thanks Chilli's!
