Was there with my parents and my mom sliced her elbow open as she was scooting into the booth on a long, sharp metal strip they have under their windows on their wall. She was bleeding, and luckily, I had hand sanitizer, but I had to ask for napkins and a bandaid. They didn't say they were sorry it happened or anything. The manager came over just to get a sense of whether they might get sued. Not to mention, any time there is blood, they should be taking the proper steps in cleaning documenting. That didn't happen. The food was dry and not very good, and the drinks were over-sweet, glasses were sticky and they were crazy over-priced. Their tabletop terminal was so sticky and dirty and didn't...
Delivery was extremely late. At one point Yong was in the same location for about 20-25min. I text after 15min asking if he was being held up or if maybe the Grubhub map wasn't updating, and he never responded to give an update. I understand that some deliveries come first, but to give me a driver who would take as long as they did and then have to deliver 10min in the opposite direction was just ludicrous. By the time the food came everything was cold, fries were soggy, overall just gross.
I had a craving for fish, so we decided to go to Chili's. They always have delicious grilled salmon. The server was polite and efficient. The food was freshly cooked for each order, which I appreciated. They use fresh ingredients here instead of frozen, which I prefer. However, we did have an issue with the payment device. When we went to pay, my husband noticed that our bill had been mixed up with another table's, so we had to ask the waiter to correct it.
This Chili's is always good. The food is well-prepared and the staff often bring the takeout to the car before we let them know we're there. They have some of the consistently best hamburgers in the area and some of the best prices for those burgers. We're always full and rarely have any issues with food preparation. The quesadilla salad is filling and yummy. Big fans of Chili's here.

Starting with the positive aspects, the food was hot and delicious, and the waitress provided satisfactory service. However, the negative aspects included a delay in being seated and confusion regarding which waitress was assisting us. Despite these issues, the overall experience was deemed to be satisfactory.
Had a wonderful experience with server Rachel and then manager Curtis...Food was delish, I had a rib eye steak that was perfect.Gotta say....if everyone had a Rachel and a manger Curtis the reviews will be all 5's stars.Really made our night ....thanks Chili's
We had a great experience here with service and cleanliness. Our food came out fast and they had a clean high chair. We enjoyed our meal and would return again.Kid-friendliness: They had a nice hair chair.
The children's meal of grilled chicken, broccoli, and mashed potatoes was excellent. The food was cooked and seasoned surprisingly well.

The steak was very tough. Half of it couldn't even be eaten. The eggrolls were great!
The Queso was almost $11 and it was not even a cup of cheese. Pitiful.
