After a long time we went to Chilli's and it was a wonderful experience. We were looking for vegetarian food and were not sure if we would have got many options but to our surprise and delight Chilli's have wonderful vegetarian options. Talking about the staff, the guy who took our order was a very polite and helpful person. We asked him to alter certain food items to make it vegetarian and not only he made those changes but added certain other food to make it a delicious entree. The staff from the greeting person to the order taking one was wonderful. Definitely sure of making more visits to Chili's and will be highly recommending it everyone we know.
Had such a great experience at this location! Liz took care of us and we really appreciated her great service. We never had an empty drink because she brought out a refill before we could even ask. We also had a lot of leftovers and she very kindly gave us a big bag of chips and salsa to go. Food was great, HUGE portions. We will definitely be back!
The service wasn’t great. Our waiter forgot about us. They messed up one of my kids orders. The manager did come and apologize which was good. But the food …Definitely shrinkflation! Our plates had barely any food. For big prices. Some people may like this place. But for the pricing and amount… I’ll definitely go elsewhere.
Went in for a quick bite. No margaritas but only a diet coke and the sampler with 3 items. Sliders, boneless Buffalo wings and the Mexican egg rolls with a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. Pretty good. The tortillas were too oily to finish.
