fantastic eating, excellent service! our waiter was great, our drinks never met the floor. extremely pleasant and helpful. a good waiter is hard to find nowadays, but chilis has a good one. we ordered the chips and guacamole and also a bowl chili for starter. the chili was great! for entres we ordered a steak that was cooked for perfection, and the honey chipotle huhn crispers with double loaded kartoffels. excellent eating! try it yourself, they will be very happy that they enjoy it. very recommended!
What ever happened to customer service? What to say? What happened to the good food Chili's used to take pride in? .. Hygiene? QSC? Well, it's long gone. I liken this to something along the lines of a Waffle House. I really wouldn't send my worst enemy to this location. Tried their chicken nachos and Margarita (mango), nachos was was yummy and I really liked their margarita, so fresh and chilling though not so hard, good for a beginner like me. The place is big and yeah overcrowded too, the service was bad, we wait for like 10-15 minutes and no one came to take orders and after placing order they took too much time. Apart from this overall experience was good.

Terrible. I overheard 3 servers joking around, about an older lady who had trouble walking. If her family heard what they were saying, jeez. Beyond that, the nasty nachos I call them, were disgusting! I'm quite sure my server hadn't showed in at keast a week, I could literally smell the body odor, like dead fish! I'm not going back again, no way.
1.5 stars. I had 2 call and ask Manager Edward to please help since curbside was over 10 mins late. Food was cold. Manager Edward tried to make it better with a Chilli's gift card but it didn't work. Please check out pics below. THESE ARE NACHOS?!?!?!

The food is good, but music from bar area is way too loud. If they could separate the bar with a big clear window or wall it would help diminish the loud sound. Plus I was disappointed to find out you cannot make a reservation for a table.
