I frequently visit this restaurant because Chili's is a family favorite, and this location is the most convenient for us. Sadly, the experience can be inconsistent. Occasionally, we receive outstanding service, but more often than not, it’s just average. The food is also unpredictable; it can be really good at times or disappointingly bad at others. I’ve even encountered undercooked chicken on a few occasions. If there were other Chili's locations nearby, I would probably opt for one of them instead.
To be honest, this is the worst Chili's I've ever visited. The soups and drinks were watered down, and I noticed some odd items in my entrée and soup. The food was simply awful and left me feeling unwell afterward. The whole experience was chaotic; the waitress appeared unsure of how to take our order. I wouldn't recommend this location. Save yourself the trouble and look for another Chili's—there are certainly better options available, trust me.
Cassie our incredible, outstanding, elite and classy waitress was beyond amazing. We'd also like to acknowledge Drink Ghost who was exceptional at his drink delivery precision. The food was bussing my slimes. No Cap. ALSO Cassie deserves multiple promotions for recalling our preferences 6+ months after our last visit. It appears that this location is the only one that doesn't serve Dos Equis Ambar on draft. We were told that they have stopped getting it in kegs and now only offer it in bottles. As a result, we decided to leave, since we can find average food anywhere. This was honestly the main reason for our visit.
Our waitress, Cassie, who had a lovely thick Spanish accent, provided exceptional service—truly the best I've ever experienced. I also want to give a shout-out to the drink guy, who seemed to be everywhere and nowhere all at once. I would definitely return!
The staff at Chili's Grill are amazing! Briana was wonderful behind the bar, serving every drink with a smile. Cassie stopped by and brought lots of laughs. I highly recommend Chili's Grill – be sure to check out their menu!

This restaurant provides a lovely atmosphere and a varied menu. The service was outstanding, and the waiter was extremely friendly. Our food was served quickly, and some of the soft drinks included free refills.
Cassie the most amazing waitress of all time served us the most bussin food of all the land. Shoutout to drink ghost for the fast drink service of ever known to man.
