Awful! Service was terrible and we waited over 45 minutes for our dinner. Server never realized it and we had to finally get the attention of another server to get the manager. The manager then blamed our food delay on a new cook who bumped our food off the screen. Our server then avoided our table like the plague until the end when we finally had to call her over to get us our check. The manager made sure to tell us that he gave a 45 discount like what?! We almost walked out but we paid for the poor service and sub par food. This isn't the first bad experience we've had here but it will be the last. Please go elsewhere if you want any type of dinner service. 0 stars if possible.
My son and I visited for lunch last week and had an incredible experience. Our host, server, and bartender was wonderful—friendly and very efficient. Our food arrived at our table within just five minutes! He kept our drinks topped up and checked on us multiple times, all while managing everything on his own. The cocktail he made was also delicious. Thank you for making our back-to-school shopping dinner so memorable!
i don't even know where to beginning on this bull **** first of all they gave me the wrong order twice and it took them 50 godamn minutes to get my actual order and when they gave it was colder than my nuts in winter and once i cut into the steak **** that **** was raw u pieces of **** i want to back there next time and have a actual good experience and the waiter showed a damn attitude and was rude asf
Not a good experience. First of all there was a tacky handwritten sign on the door stating they were out of ranch dressing, not a deal breaker but can’t someone just grab some from a local grocery store? Ordered ribeye medium came out well done and tasted like it had been cooked on a grill that hadn’t been cleaned. Fajitas were not great either. Overall not what we were expecting from Chili’s

Totally disappointed the restaurant was not full and the hostess gave me the last table near the bathrooms, I asked for another table and I think she didn't like it and started gossiping with other waitresses about it. I asked my waitress for dessert to go and they literally put everything frozen in a box and here Im trying to defrost a molten chocolate cake. Worst services ever.
They gave me food poisoning. I wouldn't trust this place they don't have fresh food and they don't cook the food long enough. I've been suffering from this food poisoning and they don't care. They gave me a raw burger and extremely old boneless wings.
The Alex Santa Fe burger is absolutely amazing. I've had it multiple times, and each experience has been fantastic. The sirloin steak was hearty and quite delicious. Overall, it was an unusual but wonderful experience for an American restaurant.
Love this Chilli’s! Great servers, great food and great drinks. Barely any mistakes on the order and if there is, they correct it right away. This is our neighborhood Chilli’s we come here all the time. Kid friendly too!

It's what you'd expect from a Chili's. Food was pretty good but the service was great. I'd visit here again for sure.
