Like many recent reviews, the wait for a table was excessively long. It seems the restaurant may be understaffed, as there were several empty tables when we first arrived. However, once we were seated, the service was good. Our server was attentive and provided excellent service, checking on us throughout the meal from drinks to appetizers and the main course. The food was enjoyable, with the various dishes and appetizers served hot and delicious. While my ribs were just okay and could have been more tender, they were served on a metal tray with brown paper, which wasn't a significant drawback.
I used to give this restaurant a positive review, but I can no longer do so. On my last pick-up order, they forgot my $4 extra cheese fries and promised to send me a gift card in return, but it never arrived. This time, my entire meal was undercooked—everything from the steak to the vegetables and even the fries was cold. They also overlooked my $4 queso dip, which I paid extra for. It's one thing if it were just a complimentary cup of salsa, but I paid for that dip. After these experiences, I won't be returning to this restaurant.
I wouldn't recommend ordering carside at this location, as no one seems to come out with your order. I really love Chili's, but this place needs some improvement. I've tried ordering carside several times over the past week, and each time I checked in, I ended up waiting for over 10-15 minutes without anyone coming out to assist me. Eventually, I went inside and found my food just sitting there and getting cold. I understand that it can get busy, as I worked at Chili's many years ago, but nobody enjoys cold food.
I absolutely love this place! It’s a comfortable spot for anyone looking to have a great time and enjoy delicious food. Jessie is the best manager I've encountered in years; she truly cares about her team and ensures that customers are well taken care of. The atmosphere is always well-managed, making it a safe and enjoyable place to eat and sip on a glass of wine. I highly recommend anyone visiting the Pinellas Park area to stop by!

I love this place it?s a safe haven if you are looking for a good time and a great bite to eat!!! Jessie is the best manager I have seen in years when it comes to taken care of her employees, making sure me as the customer is taken care of , and lastlykeeping the environment under control so that it is safe and fun to eat and have a glass of wine at. I will encourage anyonethat visits the pinellas park area to stop by.
Sophia was an excellent waitress! She was incredibly attentive and contributed to a delightful dinner experience. My Ribeye steak was cooked to perfection, and everyone else was also very satisfied with their meals. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend adding this Chili's location to your list of must-visit restaurants.
I brought my girlfriend here to celebrate her birthday, and we had an amazing experience. The service was top-notch, and the food was excellent without breaking the bank. We loved everything we ordered, especially the dinners, which were our favorites. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about their work and were happy to be there.
I haven't visited Chili's in a few years and had forgotten they serve free chips and salsa—what a delightful surprise! It was great to reunite with the strawberry El Presidente margarita. The kid-sized portion of the molten lava chocolate cake was just perfect and very budget-friendly! I’ll definitely be coming back to Chili's again.

I had a pleasant dining experience with good food, but I found it wasn't as delicious as at some other places I’ve visited. The service was acceptable. Overall, I have to say that my first visit to this restaurant back in 2007 was a much better experience than my visit now.
