A friend of mine and I met at Irvine chilis yesterday. We both ordered a large draft beer (different brands), they were 100% stale and flat. We pointed this out and we given new beers, again, 100% flat and stale. Today my friend and I tried Chili's Irvine again. Guess what, stale beer with a hint of carbonation. We enjoy Chili's, the servers are very nice and the happy hour specials are not bad. Serving stale flat beer is no good. When they figure out how to properly chill beer kegs and regulate CO2, I will gladly give them another try. Until then,we will be enjoying drinks and food elsewhere. I am truly disappointed, I thought Chili's was better.
My parents and I come here often. Service is always great. They're attentive, check to make sure everything's ok, refills usually come even before asked (thank you Ashley! . And the food is definitely more than worth the price. Avocado steak, ribs, chips and guacamole are all our go-to's. Only caveat is you want to go only in the evening for dinner. We came a few time for lunch and although the service is good, food is not. I'm guessing the lunch chefs/cooks are newbies for non dinner time, hence the 1 star off. Overall, would recommend this place for dinner especially on the weekends!

Bland is what type of foods served here.Cheap expectations is what they give here.Bad service is what’s served if you walk in here.Warm beers are expected when you sit down here.Bad attitude and small portions is what’s given to you.

Came in late night and not only was I serviced well, the food was great, and although it was near closing time I never felt rushed. Our waitress was amazing!!! The fajitas and steak were super tasty. Save room for some cheesecake.
Chili's was one of my favorite place but today .....I ordered Quesadilla Explosion Salad with grilled chicken without corn. And I get this salad with spoiled old spinach and 4 small/narrow strips of chicken. Very disappointed.
It was nice environment greeted when we enter. It was a short wait time. The only thing is that I requested well done meat and still had pink but server was great too so I recommend it.
Service was great but the chilis secret sauce burger was not. It was falling apart and super greasy… the patty did not stay together at all.
