I'm quite disappointed with my experience at Chili's Grill Bar Lancaster. The restaurant was mostly empty, with only about 15 tables occupied out of at least 30. It seemed like the staff was understaffed, as we had to wait a long time just to get menus and place orders. When I ordered mandarin oranges, they brought me half an orange instead—clearly not the same thing.
The server was inattentive; when we requested kids’ menus, she hesitated and I had to ask again to get them. The food was average at best. Several people at my table tried the corn on the cob, and we all agreed it was overcooked and had a frozen, soggy texture as if it had been thawed rather than freshly prepared. I ordered t...
salad was wilted ...and i mean the whole thing... the guac was hardly flavored...mac n cheese was dry... chips were either soggy af or just plain wet with oil... the water glass was dirty at the bottom... nasty place... never again the waitress bugs...atour table every 5 min... tempted .... her... how is everything do u need anything.... me yeah...10 min without seeing yourface... i mean really... we come to have good food and relax... we got bad food...bugging service and very upset... only nicething here was the decor
My partner and I traveled to the Chili's Grill Bar in Lancaster for dinner, and we were warmly welcomed with a smile. We were seated, and Nicholas, our server, promptly took our drink orders. Nicholas was fantastic—attentive and on top of everything. Our meal was delicious, and the excellent customer service made the experience even better. More servers should take a page from his book. We were completely satisfied with our visit and will definitely return.
The environment was nice the food was good it was a celebration for a birthday party a big crowd they did handle it rather well I was impressed with that. Even when my food came I have certain allergies towards food and he noticed it before he give it to me and he took it back now that service. That's only reason they're getting a four-star because the chefs made a mistake otherwise I recommend it to family and friends it's a wonderful place to have a meal

Anyone walking in was completely ignored. The woman waiting with us had been waiting over a half hour to find someone to give her a bill. She had to go back into the kitchen to find anyone working. We understand it was the 4th and short staffed but no staff is unacceptable. We left and went to Applebee's where they were also short staffed but the waitress hustled to accommodate everyone.
I went in today with two of my coworkers, we sat at the bar top and let me tell you!!! If you get rosie, she's good! She had the whole bar side to herself and did very well. I'm a server so when I see a good server doing more than they should , I recognize! She even got us and people suiting across us conversating . Thank you Lancaster chilis!! We'll be back soon
The Chili's Grill Bar Lancaster has a friendly waiter, but the overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The walls near the stand are dirty, and the floors are unclean, making the atmosphere feel rough. Despite the variety on the menu, I would not recommend eating here. I'm surprised this place is still open given its condition.
Although they were busy, we were seated promptly. Their pricing options of $9.99, $10.99, and $11.99 are hard to beat. I enjoyed a cheeseburger with a salad as my appetizer, while my wife had a petite steak and soup. Fantastic deals and excellent service. We'll definitely be returning soon!

Worst place ever. Waited over an hour for our food waitress didn't even care thay my food came with tomatoes and I am very allergic if I knew I would of said tables had dirty dishes all over them.
