I'm writing this review about a week and a half after my visit. I stopped by on a whim one Thursday evening and decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was really chill and friendly, although we didn't talk much until just before I left, when we discussed a recent trip he had taken. Overall, my experience that night was excellent. It was a relaxing evening, the food was delightful, and the service was exceptional. In short, my visit was definitely above average.
However, I do have one suggestion: Dear Chili's management, please don't skimp on the tiny scoop of vanilla ice cream that comes with the small chocolate dessert! A good guideline would be to serve a scoop of ice cream that is at l...
I ordered a burger without tomatoes due to an allergy, but it arrived with tomatoes regardless. I had to eat the French fries with a fork, as if they were mashed potatoes. There always seems to be some issue when I order from this location. I even tried calling to request a replacement burger, but I was simply hung up on. There are certainly better alternatives in the area.
We came for happy hour beer, but their draft beer wasn't available. We asked to switch to bottled beer instead. A manager, probably an assistant, came over and told us he couldn’t help because prices are set by corporate. They don’t have what they advertise or offer, and then they said there was nothing they could do. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here.
I've been to Chili's many times, and this visit Greg served me in the open seating area. Although it was quite busy for a single server, Greg did an outstanding job, managing multiple tasks effortlessly. He was fast, attentive, and very friendly with everyone. I also must commend the kitchen team—the food and fries were the best I've ever tasted.
