It’s definitely not what it used to be. The waiter took our drink order but got it wrong, and it was just for two people. We had to wait quite a while for him to fix it, and by the time that happened, we only received half of our food. I decided to wait to eat until the other person got their meal, and to make things worse, my appetizer arrived at the same time as my main course. I always like to have salted crackers with my soup, so I asked for some, which turned out to be a big mistake. I waited forever for the crackers and when they finally arrived, they were already opened!

Join the e club to get rewards. I got the 3 for 10.99. I used my rewards for chips and salsa. I got the crispy chicken sandwich with french fries and had an salad and a strawberry lemonade. It was a 30 min wait so we sat in the bar area and didn't have to wait. The server was helpful. The food was served hot and was very fresh. They have removed most items from what used to be 3 for 10. They like all restaurants. Most places were 20 for something similar and then you would have to pay 4 for soda plus 6 dollars for a salad and 8 dollars for salsa. I had a pleasant experience
This chillis needs a remodel and a new management or refresh management on how to take care of a restaurant and flow of a restaurant. The booths are all ripped up and the tables aren’t cleaned properly the service is terrible restrooms are filthy&the kitchen looks like it’s not in regulations for health and safety. I don’t see chillis making it another two years theway it’s going at this location.
Ryan at Chili's Grill Bar Rancho Cucamonga was fantastic. I arrived late with my daughter, who had just been discharged from the hospital, and he was incredibly patient and friendly with us. The food from the menu was excellent, as always. It's no surprise that Chili's was my daughter's first choice after leaving the hospital. We will definitely be returning!

Extremely disappointed. The triple dipper tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours and was far from fresh. The big mouth crispy chicken sandwich was rubbery and unappetizing. I was really looking forward to the chips and queso, but the chips were overly salty and inedible. Overall, I spent way too much money for such poor quality food.
Food was delicious Service was excellent. Our waiter was on it lol. Got our food fast . Drinks fast. And he came to our table a couple of time to make sure we had everything we needed. We were on a time crunch hat to go back to work) lol and we left on time. Got there at noon and left right before 1:30pm. Ordered 4 meals and 2 desserts and drinks...
The food was very good. The service was adequate. The vibe was lively and enjoyable. My only issue, which is more my fault, is assuming that chips/salsa were complimentary. The item was offered like at other places that offer as complimentary. They are not at Chili's and the item is not cheap.
We had the best service from our waiter Elijah tonight. The three of us had special requests that he did not over look! Thanks Elijah!! Fantastic job!! We look forward to sitting in your section next time!

This is the third time I've paid for something and didn't receive it. I ordered two salads, and both were incorrect. The Texas Cheese Fries were served burnt and with cold fries.
