I was quite disappointed with my experience at Chili's Grill. Although my server was friendly, attentive, and kept our drinks filled, the food fell short in several ways.
To start, the loaded potato soup I ordered was an unexpected bright orange color, making me wonder if I had actually received cheese soup instead. It was edible but nothing memorable.
The Mango Habanero tenders were also disappointing. They looked nothing like the appealing photo on the menu, coming out dry and unappetizing. Adding to that, no dipping sauce was provided, which I felt was necessary.
The corn on the cob was dry and served without butter, leaving me uncertain if butter was even an option with the meal...
I had never visited this Chili’s before, but I’m really glad we decided to give it a try. The waitress was friendly and welcoming, our food came out quickly, and everything tasted fantastic. The prices were excellent as well! We went with the "3 for Me" deal, which was an incredible value. I especially enjoyed the spicy buffalo chicken sandwich, and the fries were absolutely the best I've ever had. My family loved their dishes too, and we all felt comfortable dining here.
This was quite a difficult experience, to put it mildly. The meal was overly greasy, making it hard for me to eat more than a few bites. The fries were served warm but quickly became cold, which only added to the disappointment. Fortunately, our waitress was exceptional. She addressed our concerns and even replaced the burger bun with a better one. Plus, she got us a complimentary refill of our specialty drink! Bravo to her!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The hostess, whom I think was named Lexi, was extremely friendly and had a warm, contagious smile that made us feel welcome from the start. Our server, Carlos, was exceptional too! He consistently kept our water glasses filled, even after we finished our meal. I highly recommend this place—definitely a 10 out of 10!

The staff at Chili's Grill really work hard and make a great team! They were very welcoming and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious—I especially loved their chip trio, with the queso being my favorite. Their tortilla soup was incredible too!
