I had an exceptional experience with the customer service provided by Dylan last night. Despite being busy, he was incredibly friendly and attentive. Although my asparagus wasn't fully cooked, he managed the situation with great professionalism. I must commend him for a job well done, as I left feeling very satisfied, and the steak was absolutely perfect.
Excellent service! Great attitudes from all staff, especially our server, Celia. She's an absolutely wonderful employee. Tom from the kitchen staff is awesome. All very friendly, personable, and helpful. We don't go to Chili's very often, but when we do we always get great service. Kudos to the hiring manager, you're hiring the right ones!
I visited Chili's the other night after not going there for a few years, and I was very pleased with the 3 for $10 deal. The Baked Potato soup is absolutely delicious! My server, Sarah, was outstanding; she provided excellent service and truly deserves recognition for her hard work. Thank you, Chili's! I can't wait to return again soon.

I stopped by for a quick drink while I waited for my significant other to finish work. When I arrived, the bar was full, but I managed to grab a high-top table in the bar area. I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah, and she was wonderful!
The wait wasn't too long, and the food was good with transparent pricing. I dined in for brunch, and the cost per person was between $50 and $100. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 4 out of 5.
