FANTASTIC CHILI'S!!The entire staff is amazing, attentive, and super duper sweet! The way they treat you and take care of you is the literal definition of hospitality, seriously.I came here with my family, and we all had a really great time. Clean environment, great dishes! We all felt relaxed, well fed, and just enjoyed sitting there and chatting. It wasnt too loud, unlike how it can be in other restaurants. I didnt feel like I had to yell so people could hear me at my table (and we went at dinner rush time too!)Highly recommend this Chili's! Best one ever!
This restaurant is my favorite place to eat on Staten Island. I am very familiar with the menu because I eat here so often. The prices are reasonable and the food is always delicious. The management is great, and the servers are friendly and attentive. However, the hostesses could use some improvement as they seem a bit reserved and not very personable. Overall, it is a solid place to dine.
My kids love chillis , the food is good, we usually get the fajitas, chicken crispers and triple dipper. service is usually good and fast but cleanliness could be improved. The entrance way smells like a dirty chuck e cheese carpet and thats not something you wanna smell when you’re about to have lunch. But other than that its good.
my first experience at chili’s in 3 years and it was perfect! friendly staff, eating was delicious and plentiful. I was impressed how close to the photos it also looks! clean and relaxing atmosphere. the price is still affordable compared to many other places. we will return soon. Food: 5/5

Me a few friends came from Manhattan to this Chili's to get the classic, suburban Chili's experience. It was lovely. As usual, the food was amazing. Our waitress was kind attentive. We took our time enjoyed multiple appetizers entrees. We left full happy. 10/10.

Food was delicious and hot. Great service very happy with this location. Been twice here and planning to come back again God willing.
My refund still hasn't been processed after 14 days. The food is delicious for takeout, but the workers are not helpful.
