They were a bit busy when I was there, so the service was kind of slow, and it got a little sloppy for us when the guy who delivered the food to the table, the tray down, and it fell on the floor, always soup over the floor, and even on my jacket. It wasn't clean, and I had to wash it anyway, so I did the next day. It took a while to get the replacement appetizers for me and a roommate who was quite fast followed by our ducks. I think things were a bit cooler than I would have preferred this night, but everything tasted good. Besides these few things, everything was fine. It was actually the first time that I had been to this place where we went because as a time we left, there was no waitin...

Service was perfect, our server did an amazing job I totally forgot her name (I'm sorry) she did a really good job The food was delicious and our drinks even better It was my sister college graduation and we have an amazing experience on this location To the staff Thank you for making our evening great. We received excellent service, and the food was even better than usual thanks to the new menu changes. I'm really pleased they’ve managed to navigate through the pandemic, but I recognize that every restaurant is facing challenges in finding enough staff. I appreciate any experience that comes close to what we used to have.
Our waitress, Samantha (or Sam, as she prefers), was extremely attentive and did an excellent job. It was a pleasure to meet her. Although I wasn't very chatty today, I felt compelled to share my appreciation for her service. Overall, we enjoyed good food and great service. Thank you, Chili's!
