I have ordered from this restaurant a few times and decided to order some food tonight while at my sister's house. The food arrived on time, but we were very disappointed as it was cold, not just lukewarm, but stone cold. My nephew and son's burgers were tepid, but the chips were cold. All four of us ate a little bit, but most of it was thrown away. The flavors were decent, but the temperature was terrible. It may be necessary to specify "heated" when placing an order.
Normally love chillies , but tonight I was absolutely disgusted with the waiting time , if you are busy , let ur customers know , after an hour of waiting we phoned politely asking how much longer the delivery was going to take , they said 20 mins to half and hour we where more that happy with that , it didn’t arrive to over an hour and a half after that just not okay hope this gets sorted in future!!!!
This restaurant review was very disappointing. We ordered the chicken madras and a vindaloo, but both dishes tasted exactly the same with no heat at all. They were watery and bland, and it seemed like they used the same sauce for both dishes. It felt like the sauce was watered down to stretch it out over two dishes. We expected a fresh, spicy, thick sauce but unfortunately did not receive it.
Terrible quality of food I had what they described as a chicken curry instead received a extremely salty horrendous sauce which covered thick tough chunks of processed chicken, no herbs or anything authentic about it also ordered naan got a supermarket pitta.Never again avoid !!!! Ordered 2 doner kebabs with my husband, the kebabs did NOT look fresh! It was dry and a weird color and it looked like it’s been sitting there for hours. The place didn’t look like it was very hygienic either. Will not be going back to this place!
I have just eaten the most delicious meal ever. Arresta chicken with Pilau rice and garlic. Naan bread. Full of flavour, I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. Fabulous takeaway. Pizzas are fresh and tasty
Got a kebab and can I say it is the worst I've ever eaten. Complete waste of money food was cold chips were undercooked but at least the fridges are working as the drinks were cold. Never again
Ordered food at around 12 they said it would be with us shortly it’s 1.58 and still waiting even though they closed 30 mins ago . Not optimistic about arrival . I’ll keep Yous posted Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We ordered the mixed kebab on chips with extra jalapeños, and my companion enjoyed the chicken kebab, which was just as delicious as the dishes at Piccolas.
