I really tried to give this place a chance... but they just can't get large orders right, this is not the first time! I was supposed to have all toppings on my bowls, added extra kimchi, paid for fried rice for each bowl. They gave us nothing but meat, and rice with some peas, no kimchi in sight, our burger combo had undone soggy fries full of grease. I called to speak to a manager about the issue she offered a $5 coupon or free side after I have spent $80 or more. What happened to redoing what was made incorrectly?! If you got my order wrong then make it right.... It's really sad that the customer service here lacks the way it does, and the cooks can't get large orders right. . I don't know...
In the area for business, I decided to stop by this place after passing it while driving. It has a good size menu with many options, but for my first visit, I decided to keep it simple with some wings onion rings and fried rice. Not used to korean wings with this much sauce, so that was a bit disappointing, and the rice lacked any flavor. The highlight of the meal was the onion rings, which were some of the best in town. With the number of options on the menu, I am tempted to give this place another try, but they will definitely have to do better
My wife and I were in the area running errands and since we hadn’t yet had dinner, we decided to try this place. The menu showed a good variety of delicious-looking food with the pictures. We decided to try the Philly sandwich combo with fries and a drink. Wow, the food was really delicious! They were all made fresh and served within a few minutes. Very much worth a repeat visit! I remember this joint used to be the Hartz chicken place and it closed down a long while back.
The kbbq spot! Most kbbq spots are overpriced and don't serve enough! Chimac does right by its customers. I got the chicken kbbq with noodles, and I was maddd I couldn't eat it all it one sitting lololol. ???. They give so much chicken, and the flavor is so good. They season that grill so so good. We always find ourselves coming back here and ordering 3ish meals so we can take more home with us. We usually order the philly cheesesteak, shrimp and rice, and a burger. Out of our 5-7 visits each has been great, not the best place to sit down and eat but we do as home is far from here.
I got the ribeye bowl with kimchi and mild lemon pepper wings . Everything was bursting with flavor , cooked hot ,fresh and made to order . Definitely will be back again and again . My sister had the spicy pork bowl and hot lemon pepper wings … They have 3 flavors of kool-aid too.
Oh My! I ordered fried chicken because I was in the mood. To my surprise, the fried chicken is amazing! I am definitely coming back!
