I really tried to give this place a chance... but they just can't get large orders right, this is not the first time! I was supposed to have all toppings on my bowls, added extra kimchi, paid for fried rice for each bowl. They gave us nothing but meat, and rice with some peas, no kimchi in sight, our burger combo had undone soggy fries full of grease. I called to speak to a manager about the issue she offered a $5 coupon or free side after I have spent $80 or more. What happened to redoing what was made incorrectly?! If you got my order wrong then make it right.... It's really sad that the customer service here lacks the way it does, and the cooks can't get large orders right. . I don't know...
It's definitely a messy meal! Instead of the typical chicken breast, they served me two large seasoned chicken tenders covered in Gochujang, topped with lettuce and tomato. The batter on the tenders was fantastic—clearly more thought went into it than just dusting the meat with flour and slapping on sauce. If the food isn't good, nothing can cover that up if you know quality cooking. The onion rings were crispy with a delightful crunch, and I wish I had ordered the large size because the small portion just wasn't enough! I appreciate that the quality has remained consistent throughout my visits.
In the area for business, I decided to stop by this place after passing it while driving. It has a good size menu with many options, but for my first visit, I decided to keep it simple with some wings onion rings and fried rice. Not used to korean wings with this much sauce, so that was a bit disappointing, and the rice lacked any flavor. The highlight of the meal was the onion rings, which were some of the best in town. With the number of options on the menu, I am tempted to give this place another try, but they will definitely have to do better
The kbbq spot! Most kbbq spots are overpriced and don't serve enough! Chimac does right by its customers. I got the chicken kbbq with noodles, and I was maddd I couldn't eat it all it one sitting lololol. ???. They give so much chicken, and the flavor is so good. They season that grill so so good. I got the ribeye bowl with kimchi and mild lemon pepper wings . Everything was bursting with flavor , cooked hot ,fresh and made to order . Definitely will be back again and again . My sister had the spicy pork bowl and hot lemon pepper wings … They have 3 flavors of kool-aid too.
My girlfriend and I have been dining here for the past one or two years. The chicken is always excellent, and this time I tried the sandwich. It was really delicious and crunchy, and the French fries are fantastic as well!
I've visited this restaurant a few times, and the wings are fantastic with lots of options. However, the rice bowls tend to have too much rice. I would prefer a better balance between the protein and rice.
