My family and I have been going to the China Buffet in Hazlet since their opening. It was half the size at that time and then they took over the store next to them. I never had problems, and the food was always good. We go there once a week and have for a very long time, but tonight I was told by the woman in Pink who leads the food out of the kitchen, no no, no, no, no, no, no, when I asked her what she meant, she pointed to my dishes of damped shells 14 overall, for me and my husband, and continued to say one, two! China Buffet has a huge selection of great Chinese food and regular items such as pizza and fries for the one in your party that isn't really into Chinese. Lots of desserts too. Only a pretty picky eater won't find a plate full of things they like.
I'm a big fan of China Buffet !! Like all the employees but Mei is my favorite .She's such a sweetheart and so personable.Food is always fresh and hot.Some of my favorites are sushi bar,green beans,the ?! The hot and sour soup is one of the best!!
Definitely in need of a good cleaning and renovation. Food was looking like it had been laying there. Another of the plates are chipped and scratched up. Hard to get empty foods refilled on the buffet

I swear on my babies I would have given it 5 stars. It just a little pricey but it's soooooooo worth every penny.... This place is fire... So full I had to let that top button on the pants go!!!
I drove 40 minutes to eat here, which says a lot about how much I wanted to try the food. While some areas could use an upgrade, the food itself is fantastic, and my family loves it!
It was god dang delicious. The service was great and food was very fresh. Really enjoyed the sushi it was really good. They have a great selection of food to chose from
The food is good, although it can be cold at times; however, given the reasonable prices, I can overlook that. No complaints from me. The sushi is also quite tasty.

The food was good. Not amazing. What was amazing though the service. They kept my glass full and my table clear. We only need a buffet and they did a great job.
The evaluation is based on the service my wife received this day, as the food is not bad.
