After attempting to eat in your somehow trendy restaurant last month, as you are absolutely aware I suffered severe dental trauma requiring emergency surgery and repair to my tooth after an unidentifiable object BROKE my entire front tooth and the bone while eating your "food".
Despite my rather polite reaction and rightfully following up with you, and the expert statement from the dentist several hours after the negligence, you abuse me and refuse to accept liability.
After working 15 years in hospitality and pulling 70 hour weeks in Sydney and the worlds top restaurants, not only is the incident negligent, but your attitude and behavior is an absolute disgrace.

I have been here twice with my girlfriend, both times were fantastic and we had a great time. The food was terrific and the vibe at night time was awesome, reminiscent of our travels and modern Asian diners in the USA . The waiters and waitresses were attentative, helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. The food was fresh and vibrant , super tasty, not oily or over powering, but with really punchy fresh flavours . Given the reviews thus far, I was extremely pleased and will definitely be coming back.

Wow! Amazing Asian fusion food - best shared! We love to sit in the front area, grab a booth if you are lucky but if not sit at the bar or on the shared table and take in the vibe. If you are wanting a more formal experience head out the back to the Shanghai 1920s themed dining room - but be sure to book! This place is expensive but we cannot fault the food or the amazing cocktails - go with the lemongrass and coconut sour. As far as starters go pick the chicken and sesame spring rolls and the mixed dumplings. Came here busy Saturday night for last sitting. Had cocktails whilst waiting which were great.
We were shown to our table probably 30 minutes after reservation time.
We ate two types of dumplings - one was great, the other good (can't remember their names). Pork belly superb, salt and pepper calamari good. Beef massaman was good. Service was very attentive.
Very noisy restaurant (not helped by big bucks party). Vibe was good.
Would go back again definitely, but wouldn't need to rush there ..
We had a really good dinner here with a friend and had a great experience. We had been meaning to try this place out for a long time and were glad to finally have tried it and found another excellent dinner place in Bondi. We got the Szechuan Tofu, prawn and pork fried rice, duck pancakes, cuttlefish chips, and prawn dumplings. Everything was good, particularly the tofu which was the surprise winner of the night.
Went there with a group of friends, was lovely setting and ambience. Busy place.. Very friendly staff. We had the $50pp banquet. I'm not too sure if it was worth the price though.. I'd say the food was nice. Pork belly was great, but there are too many cheap Chinese eatery with nice food out there!
Love China diner!! Consistently good - love love their chiko spring rolls and the beef curry - delicious. There rice is really good too with additional flavor added by the Chinese sausage. Been many times and will continue to go back

Enjoyed sweet pickled red cabbage with sesame seeds, and the 5 succulent duck pancakes. Great way to spend Sunday afternoon especially finished off with a sweet coconut sago with spiced cherries. Yum ????
The food was oh so disappointing and overrated! Flavourless, overpriced and disappointing in general. I am surprised the reviews are even this high. Give something else a go if considering
