Terrible customer service! I ordered general tso chicken with lo mein instead of fried rice and they gave me a tub of general tso sauce and a large lo mein. I called and asked them for a discount and to replace it and immediately starts out with we don’t make mistakes and tells me their gonna charge me for a re delivery instead of fixing the mistake. He then tells me they will repeat the phone call of the order, sure enough it’s them asking 3 TIMES if I want general tso chicken with lo mein and me saying yes! They still denied it! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE The way the man was talking to me makes me think he need his world rocked.
ordered take on Sunday , Jan 28, 2018. Felt something was wrong when eating it, but trusted the store since its been around for a long time now. 3 people eat the food, Me, my Mom and oldest Daughter. Mom got stomach ache , Daughter threw up and did not go to school on Monday. I felt sick and almost missed work on Monday..
The General Tso's chicken was overly saucy and quite soggy. The rib tips with honey sauce were mostly just bones in barbecue sauce, and I found them to be terrible. However, the fried dumplings and plantains were excellently prepared and absolutely delicious.
This is my favorite restaurant. I have visited many restaurants, but I always find myself coming back here. The staff is very attentive and the food they prepare is delicious. I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

I frequent this restaurant often because I work right next to it. I have to say that their service is consistently excellent and they maintain a clean environment. The prices are reasonable and they serve generous portions.
I really enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. The wait time was short and they even prepared something for me that wasn't on the menu. The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable.
The dish was overwhelmingly spicy, and there was an excessive amount of spice juice in it. We also contribute to the donation fridge on Merrick.
Food was not good at all. Chicken wings were uncooked- pink colored inside. Rice was hard and gave my family upset stomach. Never again.
