The service at this restaurant is terrible, and the food is not good either. I called to place a pick-up order and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I called back to delay the order due to car trouble, the person on the phone was rude and hung up on me. When I called back again, they said they had thrown out my food and told me never to order from them again. When I did finally try the food, it was disappointing - soggy broccoli, cold meat, and poor service in person as well. I will not be returning to this restaurant and suggest the owner address the issue with their staff, especially the person who answers the phone.
There online menu prices don’t match their menu at the restaurant. The chicken wings and French fries isn’t on the menu, but it’s more expensive than chicken wings with shrimp fried rice? So they’re changing their prices whenever they want.I placed an order through online for 6 people and total came out to $50 (3 orders of chicken wings and French fries, 1 small curry chicken, boneless spare rib w/ white rice, and 4 home made iced teas. When I arrived, they said it was $70. Not even a container for the wings and fries, when did they start serving it like this?
I ordered the shrimp and garlic sauce dish at this restaurant. There were mushrooms in the dish, which I am allergic to. I believe that if a dish contains mixed vegetables, it should be clearly listed for customers with allergies. I had to pick around the mushrooms and, to my horror, discovered a cockroach in my food. This was very disappointing as I usually enjoy the food at this restaurant, but this experience has definitely turned me off.

I did not receive an item that I had ordered from this restaurant. I called to inquire and was told that I had not ordered it, which is not true. I even calculated my order and realized that I was indeed charged for it. Additionally, this is the first take-out place I have ordered from that did not provide a receipt with my order, which makes me question why. The quality of the Chinese food was also mediocre at best.
food is always great and my order is always done quickly. I usually get the garlic broccoli which is amazing, and my fiancé gets the sesame chicken and says it’s good. highly recommend when you’re in the mood for quality classic Chinese takeout.
Stopped by to pickup take out. We were very disappointed with our meal. Fried dumplings were overcooked and hard as a rock. Boneless BBQ ribs were burnt, and egg rolls must’ve been reheated in the microwave.What happened to this place?
Soggy General Tso Chicken which did not include any broccoli. Their wonton soup is good but not enough to get me to return

Ordered a quart of lo mein, and they barely sent me a pint size. Unacceptable.
