I ordered online and have been a customer for over eight years. I added a tip online, but there was a mistake with the order. The delivery driver had an attitude with me because I didn’t include a tip. They all know me by my first name, and I always tip when I go in to buy dinner. The driver handed me my food with an attitude and kept mentioning that I didn’t leave a tip, saying it three times. I told him, “Since when do I not tip you?” This is the second time this has happened; the last time was a year ago when one of the delivery drivers even yelled at my wife. So tired of the passive-aggressive woman who answers the phone… consistently irritating, does not listen, rude, sorry,… that’s it. I’ve had it. No more. Every time I attempt to order something, and even give her the corresponding number on the menu item… she still questions what I’m ordering, tells me it’s not “an entree,” or some such nonsense… then suddenly “discovers” it on the menu a moment later. Then I try to give her my address to deliver… another 19 minute debacle. I had a dreadful experience with the customer service provided by the male cashier who consistently wears an orange shirt. This is the second time I've noticed his rudeness, and it makes me wonder why there aren't other Chinese restaurants nearby that prioritize good customer service. We’ve decided not to give our hard-earned money to these arrogant individuals anymore. Instead, we’ll continue to support our favorite restaurant in Chinatown, Jade Harbor. Even if it's just for a small order of white rice, they understand how to treat their customers with respect and recognize that they need the community to thrive, not the other way around. Some of the best Chinese Food I’ve ever had. Crispy chickens, great prices, good portions, and a free veggie egg roll Parking: Basically just stopping on the shoulder of the road. Somewhat difficult to get out of since you have to back out onto a busy street, but it’s at a light so as long as someone nice lets you out, you’re fine.
