I was very impressed by how clean and organized this facility is. The interior is spacious, well illuminated and neat as a pen. The open kitchen follows the suit; it was also clean and tidy. The staff is friendly, communicative and very friendly. The food was more than acceptable in quality and the serving size generous. The prices are approx. 22% larger than the local competition, a bit surprising for this minor class quarter. However, this restaurant has been in this place for many years and its business model is very sustainable. Fast and courteous service. The egg drop soup, fried rice and egg foo yung engraving was very delicious, but the pancakes were burned around the edges that gave them a charred taste. My first visit. Next time it's better.
