I was hoping for a diamond in the rough. This was just rough , not even edible . The Springfield cashew chicken is NOTHING like any Springfield Cashew chicken I have had it 's rubbery tough the sauce is almost black not golden brown. The crab Rangoon was runny the sauce had a bitter after taste, very bright red. Not even going to mention the rice . If it wasn 't 40 min trip to take it back I would . I truly dislike leaving any negative comment but save your money go the 45 min to Springfield find the ORIGINAL restaurant that serves this .
