China Moon has been my go-to Chinese restaurant for over a year, but I've been disappointed with my recent orders. It seems like the quality of the food has been declining over the past few months. Tonight's meal was especially disappointing. The sweet and sour chicken was so dry that I couldn't eat it; it was greasy and tough, almost like jerky. The fried potstickers were burnt and had a strong burnt odor, which meant I had to toss those out too. I gave them two stars because their service has always been excellent, but it's frustrating to pay for food that is inedible.
