We had a delightful dinner tonight at Herrn Chu. Their opening hours are clearly listed on their Google business page. We made a reservation, but there was plenty of space available for walk-ins as well. The service was outstanding; all the staff were friendly and efficient, making our experience even better. I was there with my husband and our son for a month-long trip. We ordered the banquet for two and an additional chicken dish, which was perfect for our son to sample a variety of flavors. There was an abundance of food, and we couldn't finish it all. Overall, it was a fantastic value for money and a lovely experience.
I had a lovely birthday dinner with two friends and my partner. The ambiance was beautiful, and the view was stunning. Our host and the staff were very welcoming and attentive, providing prompt service throughout our meal. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The menu offered an excellent variety of dishes, all well-cooked and beautifully presented. It was great value for the quality we received, and I even received a bottle of wine as a birthday gift! I would highly recommend this restaurant. Mr. Chu and his establishment have a bright future ahead, with many exciting plans in store.
We had a wonderful meal last night with my husband, brother, and sister-in-law. We were seated at a perfect table by the water, which provided stunning views. We ordered the banquet for £24.50, which was excellent value and of great quality. We also enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine for £16. The waiter was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the night. I would definitely recommend Chu's in Hull.
We was a party of 14 last night august 30th.the food was divine not one complaint.the waiter bless him was amazing.so lovely so funny and boy did it take a while for us to eat or drink.but he honestly did his best with so many of us.fantastic night had by us all.so thankyou young man.you did an amazing job all by yourself.we all thought you was cooking it too but was great Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Stunning building and friendly staff. We had a table of 7 who all ordered different dishes. To create a more cosy atmostphere they are now situated where Bar Jack's was to the right entrance but was great, clean tidy and suprisingly a nice feel. The food came quickly, hot and tasted lovely, we all agreed to book again in the before Christmas and in the New Year.
Popped in for the first time this evening. Food was lovely and fresh, gorgeous view of the sunset over the Humber and 10/10 for the friendly service seems to be rare these days so was a lovely experience and we will definitely visit again. Thank you.
pleasant staff and helpful service this lunchtime. Unfortunately, they didn't have the j2o orange drink I ordered, not the sweet and sour pork dish. I chose a meat dish that was nice, but not what I really wanted. the personal is very apologetic.
Lovely carvery, you get loads of meat and a good selection of veg. Also had the fish and chips which was lovely. I was not fussy on the pie. Lovely friendly staff and always made welcome . Very good prices. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food was brilliant, as always. So glad they are open again. The entertainment was also very good. Hope they can build up the clientele again and get that Mr Chu's atmosphere back!
