The spicy dishes are just okay in terms of heat, though you can request them spicier if you're feeling brave. The food is highly authentic, the atmosphere is pleasant, and their takeout is fantastic.
My wife and I have been visiting this restaurant for years. The ambiance is one-of-a-kind, and the food is generally great, except for the fried fish plate, which I wouldn't recommend. Everything else I've tried has been excellent and to my liking. The servers are attentive and efficient. Although they wait for you to call them over, they are vigilant and ready to assist.

I absolutely adore China Palace! This restaurant holds a special spot in my heart as one of my childhood favorites. I have great memories of going there for their dim sum, which always comes in generous portions and is incredibly flavorful. While I do believe the prices are a bit on the high side, it's definitely worth a visit!

However, the dim sum selection from the cart is somewhat limited. You also have the option to place an order, which may come at a slightly different price.
I ordered the BBQ Sweet and Sour Pork, steamed rice, and BBQ Pork Chow Mein for $50. The pork was a bit overcooked, but the steamed rice was perfect, and the chow mein was delicious. It's on the pricier side, but worth it. Personally, I prefer China Village, especially since you get $10 off when you sign up for DoorDash Pass.
The Combination Won Ton Soup was delightful. It arrived steaming hot and was quite hearty, filled with plenty of meat and shrimp. The won tons were prepared perfectly. As a big fan of wor wonton and combination won ton soups, I was excited to try this one from China Palace, and I was not disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting! The chow was undercooked and extremely chewy. The orange chicken was rubbery and lacked any flavor. The fried prawns had a strange cornmeal crust that was soggy. I just moved here and was excited to explore new restaurants, but I will NEVER order from there again!
