Hit or Miss!! That is what Chinese Bakery Deli is to me. Half the time, they have my favorite item in stock. Half the time, they do not!!What is my favorite item here? Their Egg Custard tarts are my favorite thing here. They are 4 stars worthy to me. I like just about all the egg tarts I've tried. Some standout as tasting exceptional. Their version is good, but not exceptional. Price is fair also. The other item I like is their Bbq Pork Bun. Tasty and yummy. I take leftovers and place them in the toaster oven. Comes out almost as good as when they are fresh. They've got a bunch of other goodies. Try them for yourself to see what you like.

Very small Chinese bakery with my new favorite don tots! Flaky crust with a great egg custard. And it beats finding a parking space in Chinatown! The bbq pork turnover was new. Like a pork bun but a pie crust. A bit too much crust for me but the pork was very tasty. The bbq pork and bbq chicken baos are amazing!!! A good deal of meat and the sauce is very tasty and the right mix with the meat. The chicken buns have a C on top but taste just like the pork ones. This is my new favorite place for baked baos now! Less than $18 for the items in the box and an extra pie and don tot. Not bad. Huge park lot in a strip mall.

This bakery reminds me a bit of my childhood, because my friends parents would always get buns from here. I recently came here for the first time in a while to pick up a cake. As I entered, I was hit by the amazing smell of fresh bread. The workers are pretty nice, and service is efficient. The cake was around $35 which is standard for a Chinese cake in San Leandro we usually head over to Napoleon in Oakland where they are $25. However, this was convenient and has indistinguishable taste to Napoleon Bakery. Overall, I would probably go again if I was celebrating a birthday near San Leandro.

I've been coming here for over a decade and their Chinese dim sum is authentic and freshly made daily. The kitchen also has great Cantonese hot wok dishes. My favorite is their dry stir fried flat rice noodles. Most places outside of Canton can't get this right. You need the right heat from the wok so cook time is limited to just a few minutes but it's still smoking hot without being burnt and flat rice noodles can't be cooked with a spatula to prevent breakage. You need the right technique from old chefs and they're chef can make this dish 90% equivalent to the best I've had in China. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Looked on website and they advertised a lot of things. Such as pork buns, sesame buns and cakes with fruit. I drove down anticipating a marvelous cake which are hard to find in the east bay. I walked in the place is dark and the display cases are empty except for a couple of trays of cookies. I asked if they had cake and the lady said no and walked back to the back room. Did not even ask if she could help me with something else. If I could write a review with no stars I would

I found this place on Google while looking for a place to get some Chinese breakfast. It was located in a retail plaza with plenty of parking. The lady behind the counter was fast and efficient. I paid my order with cash, but they do take Credit Card (I think there is a transaction fee for under $5) Some of the pastries were on display, but they do have a standing shelf with other goodies. Overall, a really good place to get some good and fast Chinese breakfast items.

The pineapple buns are quite good. While they may not be exceptional, they are just the way they should be—flaky crust and airy bun. However, the BBQ pork buns are overwhelmed by the strong scent of onion, and the meat tends to be a bit chewy.

I haven't visited this place in years, and I really should come back more often. The BBQ Pork Buns and Cocktail Buns are still exceptional. Their dim sum is quite good as well! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
