We usually love Chipotle and order from them often without any problems. However, this recent experience was very disappointing! The meat was mostly fat and gristle, leaving us to discard more than we could actually eat. To make things worse, we found a large piece of gristly chicken in our queso dip! Why would there even be meat in the queso dip? The preparation was lacking, and the quality of this order was not up to par. We may have to think twice about ordering from Chipotle again.
At Chipotle Mexican Grill, the rice in my burrito bowl was completely undercooked—crunchy, hard, and utterly inedible. Since the rice forms the foundation of the menu item, it was extremely disappointing and frankly not worth the price, as the entire meal went straight into the trash. I've ordered from other Chipotle locations regularly without any issues, so this experience was especially frustrating.
I ordered a quesadilla, but what I received looked more like a burrito. There was no cheese, and the tortilla wasn’t grilled. Instead of a quesadilla, I got a half-folded raw tortilla that wasn't even rolled up like a proper burrito. My selected sides were just thrown inside, rather than being served separately as shown in the menu pictures. Honestly, I’m not even sure how to describe this dish!
I just visited this Chipotle to pick up an order for my daughter. She mentioned that the lettuce tasted overly salty, but to me, it actually tasted like soap. I’ve been trying to call the store, but they keep directing me to submit my complaint online, which is frustrating since I’m already on the freeway. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I absolutely love burritos, and this place truly delivers! Although it's not entirely vegan, they offer a great selection of vegan options for their burritos, bowls, and salads. In fact, most items on the menu are vegan, except for the meat and cheese choices they provide.
Wow, this place was amazing! I wish the one near my house tasted this good. A big thank you to the Chipotle staff for taking such great care of me, especially the shorter girl—she did a fantastic job. Thank you!
I've noticed that whenever a woman prepares my burrito, it tastes significantly better! My wife and I believe it's because women put more care into it. Has anyone else experienced this?
