I arrived an hour before closing, so I understand if some items were unavailable. However, when I picked up my order, I only received a rice and bean burrito with nothing else added. How is that acceptable? The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting customers. When I requested extra sour cream in a cup, the woman who helped me was unexpectedly rude. Although the restaurant was clean and the food station was well-kept, my order didn't reflect anything that was actually offered on the menu. This is simply unacceptable.
I ordered a Salad bowl and chips Dip via Uber Eats. The chips were not fresh and practically stale. My food came with a Reynolds Aluminum Wrap Foil cover, not the kind that usually comes with Chipotle food, like someone made it at Hm. The portions were small and a lot less than usual, it was like half the bowl. I would never order from here again and was very disappointed in my meal. Wish could give zero stars.

Like many others, Chipotle is one of my go-to restaurants. However, I've noticed that the quality tends to suffer for pick-up orders. The other day, we placed an order, and this isn't the first time I've experienced this, but the guacamole appeared to be past its prime. If you're thinking of ordering pick-up, it might be better to go in person, check the food, and see what looks fresh.

The service is consistently quick when dining in. However, if you place an order online or through delivery services like Uber Eats or DoorDash, be prepared for mistakes—they occur regularly at this Chipotle.
This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The staff had unfriendly attitudes, and when I asked one of the servers for lime, she whispered to a few others before giving me a lemon instead.
Some of the workers here are full of attitude and a huge piece of lettuce with dirt was in my meal . This branch is really dropping its Standards in the last few months.
Fast service, generous portion sizes, and a clean environment. Parking is also convenient with a good-sized lot in the back; I’ve always been able to find a spot or two.
