Chipotle in general has been a staple for us for 10 years or more now. This particular location has gone downhill dramatically. The customer service is lacking most of the time, and only due to the fact that these people seem to be overworked and underappreciated. I very rarely see a manager here helping out or doing their part to ensure quality food and service. The portions have gotten very stingy while the prices have gone up. Service is terrible. They were out of my favorite fountain drink and was told that I had to wait until other food was done. The servers are rude. Fortunately one of the kitchen employees overheard my conversation with the server and refilled the dispenser. Moreover, our tacos were meagerly filled. I guess if you don't want your taco stuffed with rice and beans, expect to get just a few pieces of chicken or steak. For the most part the employees stand around and talk to each other while the restaurant's floors, counters, and tables need to be cleaned. Very disappointed with this place.
During my visit to this restaurant, I observed something troubling. It appeared that the portion sizes varied depending on the customers' skin tones. My bowl was surprisingly low on rice and beans, even though I had requested extra cheese and queso. As I glanced around, I noticed that people with similar skin tones to mine seemed to receive smaller portions, while others received larger or more standard servings. After reflecting on this for about ten minutes, I decided that I won't be returning to this restaurant or its franchise due to what I perceived as discrimination.

The food for the most part is very delicious, with super guacamole, it is very fast prepared and the price is reasonable. In the rush to get the product out, the Burrito bowls are often undercooked. The tacos chips are too thin. For a restaurant with Burritos they should offer refried beans as optional filling. The Granite Run Mall is new and spacious with indoor and outdoor seats.
The staff is terrible. Unprofessional. The food wasn't fresh. The acid cream was room temperature, it was poured into my bowl like water. I don't think the sour cream should do that. Waited 30 minutes for my online order, which was placed 40 minutes before my arrival in the store. After I had eaten the bowl, I felt sick. I'm not gonna eat in Chipotle, in his current capacity.
The restaurant should display a sign on the door indicating that they only accept online orders and do not allow customers inside. I'm curious about the reasoning behind this policy. Personally, I prefer not to order online because it frequently results in mistakes with my food, which can be quite frustrating when my order is incorrect.

Lady by the name of tamber put the largest amount of guac I?ve ever seen on my burrito after I said add a little bit. There?s nothing but guac that I?m eating rn and I?m very upset. She gave me the smallest amount of everything else but when I said a little bit she throws three servings on top.
Had to give 1 star for the massively long hair in my burrito I took home via pickup. Yuck!
