the worst chipotle I've ever seen. I never leave Yap reviews, but I had to experience this terrible experience. no cute in restaurant, the entire pop machine is broken and sprays over it when they try to use it. the juice containers look like they have not been cleaned for months. the doors were locked during business hours and instead of unlocking them, the employees had opened other customers the door for people who emigrate. once I was here, they ran out chips (how do they run out chips? and instead of reimbursing me, they told me to go to the app and apply for a refund themselves. they have actually only available online order. the only reason why I always come to this place is how conve...
Here's a helpful tip for the staff: if you receive an online order and find that you're out of an item that was ordered and paid for, please inform the customer when they arrive for pickup rather than waiting until they get home. It's frustrating to have to come back for something that was missing. It would be best to issue a refund at the time of pickup and communicate the issue then. This way, the rest of the meal can remain hot and fresh when they get home. Seriously, this is important!
they confirmed a tonne online order and had not even unlocked the doors, took a bundle of peoples money and let them out of the restaurant open an hour after they were planned. no refunds were offered. Once the senior hired the customers have let in, they all called to sit down and shout to all the customers who have requested information about their order. twisted between servants, stress and it. seems like a hard day on the job, but it was treated very unprofessional.
Ordered through DoorDash and the wrong order was handed to the Door Dasher. Tried to call this Chipotle to coordinate picking up the correct order and no one answered the phone even though the call was during business hours. They only have an automated voice message that states no one is available and to leave a message. In addition it took over an hour to get this delivery. Would probably be better off ordering elsewhere or a different location.

I had a terrible experience at Chipotle recently. I've been there before, but this time was the worst. They're frequently out of several items like pico, corn, meat, chips, soda, straws, and even forks. The food lacks flavor, the guacamole appears as if it's been sitting out all day, and the service is frustratingly slow. To top it off, I found a chicken bone in my burrito shell today! I won't be returning to this Chipotle again.
I believe that was the worst burrito I've ever had, whether from Chipotle or anywhere else. My burrito was cold just five minutes after I picked it up. The rice was hard, and it was overwhelmingly acidic—about 40-50% of the flavor was just that. It was barely edible. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I recommend saving your money and opting for Taco Bell or going somewhere else entirely.
I ordered a bowl with guacamole and other toppings, but received a bowl that only had rice, beans, and meat. I also paid extra for a side of guacamole, which I never received. In total, I ended up paying $6 for guacamole that I didn’t get and ended up with a bowl that had no toppings. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here—it feels like they completely overlooked the toppings.
not sure why the reviews said it was small? my burrito was the largest i have ever received at a chipotle restaurant will be several meals for me. great vegan options at the whole chain. it was what you expect from chipotle, except they have never had tea at this location when i have gone in, so they lost a star.

What is this? The world's smallest burrito—it's even smaller than my small banana! Talk about shrinkflation. I paid $19 and received something that's barely worth $5. I’m never ordering again. The meat inside was dry, and I basically got a crumpled tortilla.
