I would give this place zero stars if I could. I placed an order through the app and arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. They told me to wait until my order was ready. After 15 minutes, they still hadn't even started making it. About an hour after I placed my order, I inquired about its status and was informed that I would have to wait in line with the other 20 customers, even though I had already paid and waited. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and seemed more concerned about my presence than acknowledging my wait. There wasn’t even an apology for the delay. Horrible portion size is an understatement! Last time we ordered it was the same thing. However I believe they'll see this post and apologize but won't do anything about it cause as I read other posts who have also complained about portion sizes... yes they comment but clearly don't take our complaints to heart if the same complaints keep continuing. Chipotle- if you want us to support your business during these times, then don't cheat us out of what we are use to seeing just cause we aren't watching you make it... I ordered a veggie quesadilla that came folded wrong but more importantly missing the cheese. When I asked about the guacamole that is supposed to come with the item they were extremely rude with a staff member literally getting into my face about it. I go to this Chipotle as least once a week but now will no longer patronize this location. I know things can be tough for service workers but I have always been very polite and was shocked to be treated this way.
Used to love this location but now I guess corporate greed has taken over! VERY skimpy portions now (see photo) I got half steak half Barbacoa and i counted literally 7 small cubes of steak. if you're going to give less portion size you need to reduce the price! You cannot both increase the price and give less food. Pick one! extra cheese costs extra now I guess even though it doesn't on the app. Overall unhappy with this location now.

Seems like all Chipotles are going downhill. The last couple of visits their order system always seems to have a problem. Today we went to the Coon Rapids Riverdale location. Every table was dirty, floor had food and garbage all over, garbage cans overflowing, napkin dispensers out of napkins and the bathroom was disgusting.
One of the best Chipotle. I drive from Blaine just to come here. The meat and rice are always fresh. The people here are always smiling. The service is excellent. I don't even feel bad driving pass the 2 Chipotle by my house. Keep the great customer service.
Nope! Hope it won?t make me sick. I needed something to eat to keep driving, and usually Chipotle is cleaner with better service. These workers need some serious training. Discourteous and hard to understand. Don?t waste your money.

The lovely woman prepared my carne asada burrito without me having to request many changes. However, the portion was quite large, as it always is. I would prefer to pay the full price for a smaller serving.
Fantastic service! We visited during the start of the meal rush, and the staff did an excellent job managing the line. The burrito was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!
