I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member was unwilling to provide the proper portion of chicken, which seemed to prioritize her authority over customer satisfaction. This bothersome approach to service led me to believe she would rather waste food than accommodate a reasonable request. It’s especially disappointing coming the day after Christmas. When I asked for a proper 4oz portion of protein, the service was rude. Interestingly, when I requested a bit more beans, they had no issue giving me far more than I needed. This was the worst dining experience I've ever had! I ordered guacamole on the side, but it was put on the opposite side. When I asked for lettuce, it ended up in my bowl with a permanent marker that had accidentally been left in it. I couldn't bring myself to eat my meal, so I brought it to the attention of the cashier. Her response was, "Did this happen after the meal was prepared?" Despite this disappointing experience, I still have a fondness for Chipotle.
I love being able to order a veggie burrito bowl at this restaurant since I'm not a big fan of tofu. However, I recommend double checking before you pick up your order. Three times I ordered it and had to remind them that the veggie bowl comes with guacamole (which is included in the price). Other than that, the portion is great and the filling is just as delicious as I remember the chicken bowls being.
The staff at this restaurant is not attentive to your orders. I requested a side of hot salsa, but they poured it all over my bowl without consulting me first. Even after I mentioned it was fine, they added even more. The food ended up being so spicy that it was impossible to eat. Additionally, the person at the register was quite rude. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I recently picked up an order from this restaurant and was shocked to find a twisty tie—typically used to seal bread bags—in a piece of my barbacoa. At first, I thought it was a bone fragment, but then I realized it was actually a piece of coated wire. I wasn't comfortable finishing the rest of the meal, and now I'm hesitant to order from this location again.
love the opportunity to have a veggie burrito bowl, because I am not a big tofu fan. However, make sure to watch and check before they go when they pick up. three times I ordered it and had to remind them that the veggie with guac (it is included in the price) other than that, its a large amount and just as filling as I remember the chicken dish being.
The vegan bowl had some heat to it, but I'm not particularly sensitive to spices. I appreciated that the vegan and vegetarian options were clearly labeled, and I was happy to see that a popular chain restaurant offers a variety of plant-based choices.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to the poor attitude of the staff. I don’t plan on returning. This is actually the briefest review I've ever written because I don't want to waste any more time on them.

the vegan bowl was kind of spicy, but I'm not one to really say that I'm so sensitive to spicy, it clearly says what the vegan and vegetarian options are and I'm glad that such a large food chain will meet more!
