This place is very disgusting and they cater to no one’s food allergy needs.I had told my server that I was allergic to dairy and cheese and almost all of the sauces including the hot sauces and the tomatoes all had sour cream dripping inside of them from the sour cream container next to them. This is not good and it’s very dangerous because somebody who truly has a dairy allergy is being served food that has droppings of sour cream and cheese all mixed in could land somebody in the hospital like myself. The food is just as good as at any other location in the franchise. The setup is fairly similar, with some outdoor seating available. The restaurant is situated in a pleasant outdoor shopping center, creating a nice atmosphere. The people around are friendly, and the staff is great. I do think the prices are a bit on the high side, but the food quality compensates for it. I would suggest that there should be someone dedicated to cleaning the tables and picking up trash more often. Other than that, this place meets its purpose well.
What was that? I took a bite and immediately felt something was off. I spat out the chicken and checked the other pieces — they were raw! The meat was still pink and there was blood in the juices! I know it was an hour before closing, but they should ensure food is properly cooked before serving it. Absolutely disgusting. I should have expected something was wrong, especially since it's often incredibly dry.
I found thos location of Chipotle not to be very clean. There was food scattered all over the serving area. The workers had no organization. It seems like they didn't know what their roles were when serving the patrons. The food was cold and the Guacamole was black in color.

Wow! The food was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I had the Burrito bowl with half chicken and half steak, and it was delicious. The portion sizes were generous too. The picture I posted was taken after we had already taken a few bites. I can't wait to order again!
Good food but the inside was dirty! Not a single table was cleaned. And there was no ice. So it was room temperature sodas tbh. We sat outside because the weather was nice so it wasn’t so bad seating wise that day. But the no ice was sad.
I experienced the worst service ever at this restaurant. I waited for 10 minutes while the staff chatted amongst themselves. The place looked old and the kitchen was dirty. On the other hand, Bay Plaza Chipotle is much better.
I didn't order once, but twice from here on the chipotle I got hard rice twice, if they can't make them have no business to work there or almost eat, then I don't have everything I'm on my bowl ridiculous

Food is great, Chipotle always is however the customer service is awful. Server acted and looked like he wanted to be anywhere but there with his headphones in his ear.
Absolutely the worst service! Only half my order was delivered, you can't get anyone in the phone. Grubhub was no help... never again
